Anodizing is an electrochemical process in which a thin but very hard layer accumulates on the surface of an aluminum part, which protects it from further corrosion of the metal. The layer has a light gray color with high smoothness and is 6 microns thick. These qualities are preserved over time. The layer can be easily colored in different colors, using conventional aniline dye (natural color, black-blue, red ...).
Galvanizing is a technological process of applying a thin zinc coating on steel elements. The purpose of galvanizing is to prevent corrosion of the base material. Zinc is resistant to corrosion and forms a dense coating that insulates the steel from the action of external corrosive agents. In addition, even when the zinc coating is broken, zinc acts as an anode that continues to protect the steel from corrosion.
Painting with lacquer coating is the process of applying a thin layer of paint to the surface of a part by performing it in a vacuum environment. The effect is an excellent appearance of the part, with increased hardness.
